It is with great excitement that we announce the launch of our new Asset Management system as of this month. We want to both inform you and thank you, we couldn’t have done it without you!

When our customer’s speak, we listen. We have spent the better part of the last 5 years gathering feedback to build a system that is perfectly suited to you and it is finally here!

This new system will mean that we can service you with increased efficiency, with better reporting and invoicing as well as the ability to better customise areas of our service from customer to customer. We recognise that no two customers are the same and we are now able to accommodate that better than ever before.

We have of course been able to retain all of your asset and site information history and this has been included in the build to make the transition seamless.

You might notice some changes in how our reporting and invoices look but probably the most notable change will be our customer portal. We will no longer be operating from and instead, you will be able to access the portal from our website; under the Job Archive tab. The portal will still be accessed with a username and password unique to your company, but it will now be much more intuitive and easier to maneuver. If you have forgotten your login details or if you are yet to be issued any, please contact head office (1300 662 119 or [email protected]) and we will get that sorted for you straight away.

Finally, we want to sincerely thank you all as our valued customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding of our systems in the past and thank you for your feedback and support during the build of our new system.
