Your access to this website and purchase of products and services, is subject to these terms and conditions, Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal Privacy Policy, notices, disclaimers, any other terms and conditions or other statements contained on this website, and, if you use any of the services identified on this website for which additional or alternative terms and conditions are referred to, those additional terms and conditions for those other services (referred to collectively as Terms of Use). SUPPLY OF CONTENT
Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal reserves the right to refuse to register any customer for any reasons..
To the extent permitted by law, Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal will be under no liability to you in respect of any loss or damage which you may suffer or incur or which may arise directly or indirectly in connection with your supply of Content to Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal, or the subsequent use of your Content by Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal or any third parties
To report undesirable Content, posts or to bring to Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal users who may not be following these Terms of Use, please email Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are Goods and Services Tax (GST) exclusive. For customers outside Australia, GST does not apply.
Occasionally prices may change for reasons beyond our control and in this case we reserve the right to vary advertised prices. We will contact you to confirm delivery and pricing details before processing your order.
PURCHASING GOODS OR SERVICES
When purchasing goods or services from Mobile Test n Cal, the customer fully understands and accepts the following statements:
(a) All physical goods or products supplied will remain the property of Mobile Test n Cal until paid for in full
(i) for all goods or products supplied, this means that the products remain the property of Mobile Test n Cal until paid in full as per the invoiced value
(ii) if payment has not been made for products or goods in a timely fashion and within credit terms, or the customer has gone into bankruptcy and/or liquidation, goods must be immediately returned to Mobile Test n Cal as per above
(b) All Calibration, Testing or Inspection services provided, will give Mobile Test n Cal legal title over the tested, calibrated or inspected (serviced) item, product, good or equipment, until the services have been fully paid for.
(i) the above means that all goods serviced in anyway by Mobile Test n Cal will become the property of Mobile Test n Cal, until such time as the payment for the services has been completed
(ii) if payment has not been made for services rendered in a timely fashion and within credit terms, or the customer has gone into bankruptcy and/or liquidation, goods Tested, Calibrated, Inspected (serviced in any way by Mobile Test n Cal) must be immediately returned to Mobile Test n Cal as the owner of those goods as per above
(c) All onsite jobs will have a minimum charge of $315 + GST.
(d) Reports for any testing, calibration and inspections work completed will certify that the item was within specification at the time of test/calibration/inspection. We cannot guarantee that an item will remain within specification until the next test/calibration/inspection.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
If the need arises to change or cancel a Mobile Test n Cal service booking, the customer fully understands and accepts the following statements:
(i) all cancellations or changes need to be made more than 3 business days in advance of the booking
(ii) if cancellations or changes are not made more than 3 business days in advance of the booking, a cancellation or change fee will be charged. The cancellation or change fee is $500 + GST, or 50% of the job value, whichever is greater.
(iii) the fees outlined in above in point (ii), will also be charged if the job is not changed or cancelled, but the booked equipment is not presented in full to the technician who arrives to perform the job.
DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by law Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal excludes all liability for any loss or injury arising out of, or related to, the use, inability to use, authorised use, performance, or non-performance of sites on Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal website, services rendered or products supplied, however caused, including by negligence.
Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal uses instruments with inbuilt safeguards and highly trained technicians to conduct all work. Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal takes all reasonable care during our activities and reports any “as found” damage or issues with client equipment when identified. As such, Mobile Test ‘n’ Cal cannot accept responsibility for damaged equipment identified post job completion.
